Practice Expectations

Beginner Level students should practice at least 15 minutes each day.

Those in RCM Grade 1 or higher need 30-45 minutes each day.

I highly recommend that each student take at least two piano lessons in July, and two in August to keep their skills.

Pianists are "Athletes of the Small Muscles" and need to exercise these muscles regularly.

Always feel free to call me if you are experiencing any difficulties and let's have a wonderful musical year!

Missed or Cancelled Lessons

Notice Required: Minimum 2 hours notice must be provided if you want a replacement lesson. Less than 2 hours results in a forfeited lesson. Contact me for times.

It is the student's responsibility to arrange replacement lessons. There will be no reduction in fees to replace lessons missed or cancelled by students.

Cancellation Limit: 2 per term (6 per year). After that, missed lessons will be forfeited.

Late Policy: Students arriving late will not be given extra lesson time.

Withdrawal Policy: 2 weeks notice is required to withdraw from lessons.

Fees

Annual Registration Fee: $25.00 per family

30-minute Lesson: $25.00 per student

45-minute Lesson: $37.50 per student

60-minute Lesson: $50.00 per student

Group Classes: $25.00 per hour

Theory Classes: $25.00 per hour
